AYUÄ Shipping Policy

1. Overview

AYUÄ ships orders to customers in the EU, US, and other countries. This policy outlines delivery methods, estimated times, shipping costs, and risk transfer for all orders.

  • EU customers (including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): Your rights under EU consumer law are fully respected.
  • US customers: Delivery follows federal and state regulations.
  • Lithuania-specific note: Lithuanian law applies to order fulfillment and risk transfer for domestic shipments.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: Orders are delivered via Omniva to the customer’s address or a pick-up point (paštomatas).
  • Other EU countries: Orders shipped via Lithuanian PostFedExDPD, or Venipak.
  • US & other international destinations: Orders shipped via FedExDPDUPS, or equivalent carriers.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: 2–3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Other EU countries: Up to 14 business days from payment confirmation.
  • US & other countries: 14–21 business days from payment confirmation.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to stock availability, carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond AYUÄ’s control.

4. Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
  • Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and report visible damage to the carrier immediately.
  • If items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, do not accept the delivery and notify AYUÄ immediately at info@ayua.shop.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must be available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery address.
  • A valid ID may be required for verification at delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for signing the delivery confirmation. Once signed without noting damage or discrepancies, items are considered delivered correctly.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: €3.50 per order (pick-up point or courier).
  • EU countries (excluding Baltic States): €10 via registered mail.
  • International shipping (other countries):
    • Orders €150 or more: free shipping via registered mail.
    • Orders under €150: €20 via registered mail, €40 via courier.

Additional local charges (e.g., customs duties or taxes) may apply depending on the destination country.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If the customer is unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, the customer must notify AYUÄ no later than the next day.
  • Failure to notify may result in lost rights to claim late or non-delivered goods.
  • AYUÄ will coordinate a new delivery attempt with the carrier. If the item is still not delivered, the customer may request a return or refund under the Return & Refund Policy.
