      • US & other countries:<\/strong> 14\u201321 business days from payment confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Note: Delivery times are estimates only<\/strong>. Delays may occur due to stock availability, carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond AYU\u00c4\u2019s control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Risk Transfer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and report visible damage to the carrier immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                7. Failed Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                • If the customer is unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, the customer must notify AYU\u00c4 no later than the next day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Failure to notify may result in lost rights to claim late or non-delivered goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • AYU\u00c4 will coordinate a new delivery attempt with the carrier. If the item is still not delivered, the customer may request a return or refund under the Return & Refund Policy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
