AYUÄ Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AYUÄ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our Shopify store (www.ayua.lt).

  • EU customers: Your rights under EU Consumer Law are fully respected.
  • US customers: Refunds and returns are handled according to applicable federal and state law.
  • Lithuania-specific note: Lithuanian law grants consumers a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases, which we honor for all EU customers.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may return items if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized products (if any)
  • Items used or damaged by the customer

3. Return Period

  • EU (including Lithuania): Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • US: Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery unless state law provides a longer period.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact AYUÄ to request a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  3. Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Shipping costs:

  • EU customers: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • US customers: Return shipping policy follows applicable state law; we may cover costs for defective items.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
  • Refunds include the product price; original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or defective product.
  • Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • To exchange an item, contact info@ayua.shop with your order number and details.

7. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Contact us immediately at info@ayua.shop.
  • Once an order is shipped, it must be returned under the standard return policy.
